What began as weekend cookouts for friends and family quickly turned into a community obsession. By popular demand, Wing Snob opened its doors at 1713A W Golf Rd, Mt Prospect, IL, and has been serving bold, unapologetic flavours ever since. The wingsnob spirit lives in every order — from classic Buffalo to our signature habanero-mango glazed masterpieces.

Marcus Rowe fires up his first smoker and begins developing what would become the legendary Wing Snob sauce collection — feeding neighbors and earning a cult following.
Wing Snob launches its first pop-up stall at the Mt Prospect Farmers Market — selling out every weekend and building a waitlist of hungry fans ready for a permanent home.
Wing Snob officially opens its brick-and-mortar restaurant at 1713A W Golf Rd, Mt Prospect. The grand opening draws a line around the block and sells over 3,000 wings on day one.
Wing Snob launches online ordering and delivery, making bold wings accessible across the greater Chicago area. The wingsnob brand becomes a local digital sensation.
The menu expands to over 20 signature sauce flavours, from honey garlic and lemon pepper to our fiery ghost pepper glaze. Every recipe is developed in-house by our head chef.
Wing Snob launches its franchise programme, inviting passionate entrepreneurs to bring the wingsnob experience to new cities across the United States.
